Nurture Capital Partners
Delivering actionable strategies with a non-profit perspective
Nurture Capital Partners
A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
A Mission that Puts People First
Nurture Capital provides solutions to lower the costs of occupancy and rents for non-profits and residents. Solutions are not only cost effective, but are delivered in expeditious timeframes, and allow accelerated transfers in ownership with our partners.
We analyze various scenarios to identify the path forward that best meet stakeholder’s goals while adhering to our goal of offering the lowest cost of capital and services.
Value that Exceeds Expectations
Nurture Capital brings tremendous fiscal value to every project. Most non-profits do not have the access to capital or resources to acquire or develop the facilities needed to conduct services. Partnering allows non-profits to focus on their mission and places the responsibility of developing and owning properties with us joining efforts in a single, like-minded charitable cause.
Our expansive mission sets us apart from other 501(c)(3) real estate organizations and allows us to deliver unmatched results. We fully understand that as a non-profit, your organization does not exist for its own sake. The same holds true for us.
A Place in the World
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has tremendously empowered societal advances with better access to early intervention and educational support that has included and valued people with disabilities adding greater diversity in our schools, workplaces, and communities. However, we must do more. The work is far from over.
The segment of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) are vastly underserved and underrepresented. We must provide solutions for the new I/DD generation to become broadly integrated in all aspects of life, eliminating barriers and hurdles that are there today and altering the underestimation of their potential.
COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS
Residential communities offer different housing options and choices regarding programs and personalized services. Communities provide access to a number of amenities regarding personal care, conveniences, sports, fitness, dining, and recreation.
There are a number of new programs for I/DD people in education spanning from private special Ed schools, to transitional & vocational campuses, and inclusion post-secondary education (IPSE) at local colleges and state-run universities.
Healthcare is one of the fastest growing segment in the I/DD world involving behavioral and communitive therapy. In addition, healthcare systems are reworking buildings and programs for the I/DD population from general care to acute care services and dedicated staff.
Transition training is becoming one of the most important aspect of I/DD individual development. The need to function independently is key to community inclusion. Learning life skills and having the means to contribute builds self-confidence.
